Post-doc and graduate student positions are available starting May 2017 to study the neural basis of reward, expectation and decision-making. The lab will be a part of the Department of Neuroscience and Friedman Brain Institute at Icahn School of Medicine. The department offers a dynamic and collaborative environment, in a spectacular location on Mount Sinai's main campus on the upper east side of Manhattan.
For post-doc applicants, desirable skills include experience in animal behavior and/or neurophysiology. Individuals with a background in engineering, computer science or other quantitative field are especially encouraged to apply. Contact me for more information: erin(dot)rich(at)mssm.edu
Prospective graduate students who are not currently enrolled at Mount Sinai should visit the admissions page to learn more about applying to the Graduate School. If you have questions about working in the lab or being a student at Mount Sinai, you can contact me.
